The materials included in this pack were developed in collaboration with NIHR Yorkshire and Humber Patient Safety Research Collaboration, the AHSN Network, Me and My Medicines, Are the medicines working? and Age UK. The national rollout is supported by NHS England’s National Clinical Director for Prescribing as part of the National Overprescribing Review recommendations.
